We're excited to inform you about some important changes we're making to our file storage system. These changes are designed to enhance the efficiency and security of our platform while still providing you with the best possible experience.

Previously, your files were stored indefinitely on our system. However, we're implementing a new storage policy to further refine our service. Starting next Friday, May 17th, files used for transcript and subtitle playback will be stored for a period of 2 years. This means, after this period you will not be able to playback or produce media from the transcripts. However, rest assured, even after this time period, you'll still have perpetual access to edit transcripts and export them in various file formats such as .txt, .srt, avid markers, .stl, .docx, Adobe Premiere Pro, .vtt, and .edl.
